Favorite Exercise - Arabesque. I love the way it works my entire body while feeling graceful, elegant and elongated. This exercise energizes me and I love the intensity and challenge of it.
I love The Bar Method, and our community here, because it has transformed my body and mind for the best. The exercises are always challenging and at the end of a class I feel strong and empowered.
Favorite Exercise - It’s a hard tie between Pretzel and Arabesque! I love feeling that "zing" in the side of my seat and my lower back and obliques. Plus, I find both positions to be fun and feminine.
Bar Method is my release from the hustle and bustle of my every day life. It gives me an opportunity every class to challenge my mind and my body.
Favorite Exercise - Arabesque is one of my favorite exercises. It’s super challenging and always makes me feel graceful and poised.
I never feel as though I can plateau in Bar Method. There is always a challenge option or an additional positioning tip that helps me push myself harder. I love how I can still see and feel results more than three years after I started taking class.
Favorite Exercise - I love Foldover. It is such an intense and effective exercise for burning calories, increasing endurance, and building a strong and lifted seat.
The Bar Method has redefined how I look at fitness and myself: I am stronger, more defined, and have better body awareness. Plus, I love always being challenged in new and different ways in class.
Favorite exercise: My favorite exercise is Pretzel! It challenges right from the start and I feel the burn in my seat and obliques for days.
I love Bar Method because it continually grows with you. It is a personal practice with the support of a group atmosphere. You can always work to better your form and increase your intensity level. I find that the stronger I get, the harder classes become.
